Kanreikaikids empowers children and develops self-awareness, self-control, respect, focus and a comprehensive physical education in an atmosphere enthusiasm, cooperation and fun. This innovative program incorporates a traditional Japanese Karate system (World Kanreikai Karate) and makes it relevant for kids ages 5 – 13. Teenagers who outgrow the program transition seamlessly to WKK teens and adult classes. The program was designed by Sensei Michelle Gay, World Champion, Certified Movement Analyst, and author of "Brain Breaks For The Classroom."

The Kanreikai Kids program is located at 4 West 18th Street at the Society for Martial Arts Instruction in Manhattan, New York City. We offer classes for all children ages 5 and older, and promote a safe and encouraging atmosphere for personal, physical and social growth. Parents of children enrolled who attend PS.41 in New York City, have the option to sign up for a pick up program, where we will bring your child from school directly to the dojo for their karate class.
